What we collect

Information you give us when you order or get in touch: your name, email address, delivery address, phone number if you give one, and your order details. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details. We also record how you found the site, such as the website or link you came from.

How we use it

To process and deliver your order, keep you updated about it, and answer your questions. We do this because it is needed to carry out our contract with you. We keep order records because tax law requires it. We will only send you marketing emails if you have agreed to them, and you can stop them at any time.

Who we share it with

Only what each needs: our payment provider, the warehouse that packs and sends your order, and the delivery company that brings it to you. Some of them may handle data outside the UK; where they do, they must protect it to the standard UK law requires. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for six years, as UK tax law requires. Messages you send us are kept for as long as we need them to help you, and no longer than two years.

Cookies

We use cookies the shop needs to work, such as the ones that keep your basket. The shop also sets cookies that record how you found us, such as the website or link you came from, so we can see which work. They hold no payment details, and you can block or delete them in your browser settings; the shop still works without them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to limit or stop using it, and ask for it in a form you can take elsewhere.
