Your order and prices
All prices are in pounds sterling, include VAT where it applies and include UK delivery. We deliver to addresses in the UK only. When you place an order, we email you to confirm we have received it. Your order is accepted when we email to confirm it has been sent; until then we may decline it and refund you in full. If we find a clear mistake in a price, we will contact you before your order goes ahead.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. See our Delivery and returns page. Your order is your responsibility once it has been delivered to you.
Cancelling and returns
You can cancel your order within 14 days of it arriving. How to cancel, send items back and get your refund is set out on our Delivery and returns page. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
Using our products
Our products are for adults to use. Read the notes on each product page and any instructions in the box before use.
Words and pictures
The words, drawings and photos on this site belong to Sunday Wash or the people we license them from, and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that, but not for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We sell for home and private use only, so we are not responsible for any loss of profit, business or business opportunity. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your legal rights about the goods: that they are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings about your order in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts there.
